SENTIBEE may collect the following categories of personal data:

- identification and account data (first name, last name, email address, encrypted password, company name, job title) when creating a user account;
- contact data provided via forms (information requests, contact requests, demo requests);
- billing and payment data strictly necessary for the provision of services, it being specified that SENTIBEE does not store any banking data, which are processed by an external payment service provider.
3.2 Technical and browsing data
- technical data (IP address, connection logs, technical identifiers, browser type, operating system);
- anonymized browsing data collected via privacy-friendly audience measurement tools.
No sensitive data within the meaning of the GDPR are collected via the Website.

Data are hosted within the European Union by Scaleway and Clever Cloud.
In the event that certain service providers (in particular payment service providers) are located outside the European Union, any data transfers shall be governed by appropriate safeguards in accordance with the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

SENTIBEE implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risks presented by the processing of personal data.

In accordance with applicable regulations, users have the following rights:
